Spicy chicken wraps


  • 6 tortillas or large Mediterranean wraps
  • 1 onion (Medium, peeled and diced)
  • 2 chicken breasts (chopped into strips)
  • 3 tbsps soft cheese
  • 2 tbsps Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic puree
  • 1 tsp ginger purée
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 15 ml mixed spice (recipe down below)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Place your onion, ginger and garlic in the wok with some olive oil and cook for 3 minutes or until the onion starts to go golden
  • Add the chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the chicken in nearly cooked. Add salt and pepper along with tarragon and cook for a further 2 minutes
  • Add the spice blend, soft cheese, Greek yoghurt and cook for a further 5 minutes
  • Divide the chicken evenly between the tortillas( or wraps) add some chopped pepper. Roll up. Serve.
