Ingredients:
- 6 tortillas or large Mediterranean wraps
- 1 onion (Medium, peeled and diced)
- 2 chicken breasts (chopped into strips)
- 3 tbsps soft cheese
- 2 tbsps Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic puree
- 1 tsp ginger purée
- 1 tsp tarragon
- 15 ml mixed spice (recipe down below)
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Place your onion, ginger and garlic in the wok with some olive oil and cook for 3 minutes or until the onion starts to go golden
- Add the chicken and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the chicken in nearly cooked. Add salt and pepper along with tarragon and cook for a further 2 minutes
- Add the spice blend, soft cheese, Greek yoghurt and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Divide the chicken evenly between the tortillas( or wraps) add some chopped pepper. Roll up. Serve.
