Safa Food

Since our incorporation in 2005 Safa Food has been baking fresh quality breads and confectionery using only authentic recipes and the finest ingredients from around the world. Our breads and confectionery are well known for their quality and authenticity, for the food service industry, we provide an exceptional delivery service both same day and next day.

 

Are you aware that East to West Bakery is a trade name of Safa Food Limited? It has built an excellent reputation working with some of the biggest brand names in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We can meet orders for traditional flat breads and confectionery to meet specific requirements we can also, facilitate retailers who wish to have their own branding, terms and conditions apply.

 

Since moving to a new state of the art bakery facility with over 2000m² of space which is divided into three sections, Bread baking, confectionery, and a Gluten free bakery where we continue to develop and improve our range of products such as Pitta Bread, Wraps, Naan and bespoke products such as sugar free confectionery, on our state of the art equipment.

 

In 2012 our bakery team set about implementing a Global Standard for Food Safety and Safa Food was awarded Certification BRC Grade (A)

    Our wraps are made with a soft ‘double Layer ‘bread (unlike flat Tortilla wraps). Mediterranean style flat breads fit right in with today’s busier life-styles.
